550 are the best skis in my opinion. They take a great deal of skill to ride compared to the newer skis. I just wish that there were still races for them, because my js550 is a border line factory ski. Guess I'll have to save up for an sxr.

Jeff is an amazing rider. No one else in the world can step on a JS hull (550) and ride it the way he does.
its sad the sport died down, you never hear about jet ski racing anymore...i wonder what the Jammer is up to these days.

i bought a PRO MOD Jet Ski 550 its a cobbs zephyr racing custom hull full blown race ski if anyone knows who raced it please let me know any info you know on this piece of jet ski history

These 550 hulls are the hardest out of all skis to ride. This racing is the best, natural talent. Fast skis but talent also plays a big part |
